What do I need for valve clearance adjustment?

Hello,

I`m planning to do valve clearance adjustment in my 1989 Honda XBR 500 and I wonder what kind of wrenches or other tools do I need to do this? 3mm square wrench and standard 8 mm wrench? (as it was in my gsx750f). Or some other kind? I`ve got the XBR service manual, the whole procedure is there well described, but there is no information about necesesary tools.

Hi Ukasz,
no special tools, only a 12 mm wrench (ringwrench would be nice!) and a screwdriver. That`s it!

don't forget the thickness gauge to measure the clearance.
